Artisan Chocolates

Twelve pieces of single-origin dark chocolate, each finished with Cypriot sea salt harvested from the Larnaca salt flats. The chocolatier — trained in Brussels, now based in Nicosia — sources cacao directly from cooperatives in Ecuador and Ghana. The salt adds a mineral brightness that elevates the chocolate's natural fruitiness. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
